根據(jù)機(jī)械擠壓造粒工藝原理，將配置好的，具有一定結(jié)晶水的干粉狀或微細(xì)晶體狀原料，擠壓成薄片，后經(jīng)造粒系統(tǒng)，通過篩網(wǎng)制成所需大小的顆粒。

原料可通過手工上料或真空上料機(jī)加入料斗，經(jīng)送料螺桿輸送和壓縮.被推至兩擠壓輥輪的咬入角:通過壓輥，將原料擠壓成薄片。物料所需的壓力通過液壓裝置線性傳送給壓輥，液壓裝置可保持一定的預(yù)壓力， 垂直排列的壓輥可保證物料密度的一致性。根據(jù)不同顆粒度要求，設(shè)備造粒系統(tǒng)中的篩網(wǎng)目數(shù)大小可相互更換。
